Tastefully designed pool home with a golf course view! Located in the beautiful Southern Dunes community within driving distance of all Orlando attractions such as Disney World and Universal Studios. It is time to bring the entire family on a trip to this fantastic home with plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. Close proximity to entertainment, restaurants, and attractions, without the hustle and bustle of Kissimmee. We are excited to share our little oasis with you.

The space

Serenity is here! This inviting home is just what you've been looking for in a vacation home! Immaculate, beautifully furnished, and with spacious, well-appointed rooms that have a great flow.

Gather in the living room for family time while planning your next adventure or enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the golf course while spending some time in the private spa!

You'll sleep soundly after your activity-filled day in four nicely curated bedrooms, including two themed bedrooms for our Elsa and Captain America Fans.

The outdoor living space is perfect for warm Florida summer days with a private swimming pool, spillover spa and charming lanai for the entire family to enjoy. You'll love the serenity of the backyard — as it literally backs up to the greens of the Southern Dunes golf course where you can relax and let the weight of the world fall from your shoulders.

Guests will have full access to the Fairway Villa!

Free parking is available onsite for two vehicles. No trailers are allowed on the premises.

For those traveling with little ones, we offer Pack n’ Plays, a highchair, and a tension stair gate, at no additional cost. ***All items must be requested 14 days prior to your arrival.

Just so you know, a baseline set of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May-Sep), and 83 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from (8 AM – 7 PM).

During the winter, to constantly maintain a more moderate pool temperature, it requires a higher temperature (typically 88 degrees) and the pump is usually required to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $35 / Day. Please let our team know at least 48 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.

We provide a small starter pack with basics like:

☀ 2 Extra Trash Bags
☀ 2 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath
☀ 2 to 3 Dishwashing Capsules in The Kitchen
☀ Small soap and small shampoo/conditioner per bathroom

Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

GRILL : Enjoy the grill during your stay! Most homes in the area charge extra, but we include it for you!

Guests are kindly asked to provide their own propane for the grill. Occasionally, previous guests may leave some behind, so you may be able to use it, but as a general rule, guests should plan to bring or swap propane at a local exchange station.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out, and no supply of items such as condiments will be provided prior to check-in.

Other things to note:
Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same-day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Early Check-In:
$50 add-on (3:00 pm instead)
$75 add-on (2:00 pm instead)

Late Check-Out:
$100 add-on (11:00 am instead)
$150 add-on (12:00 pm instead)

In accordance with local regulations and the requirements of our insurance provider, guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to check-in. This agreement is intended to ensure transparency and provide protection for both parties.

Please remember that you're staying in someone's home, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to act immediately; however, please keep in mind there is no one living on site 24/7. If you have an issue with the home, please let us know so we can fix it immediately.
