«Nice boat with friendly and helpful crew. The boat taking you to and from the boat took 40-60minutes which was a bit more than expected. Food was ok, but the views were amazing. Nice and clean rooms. »

«The whole trip was great experience for a two night package to see Ha Long Bay. The Cruise ship was well appointed and a great base to see the UNECO Heritage site. A few small concerns: the beaches we visited had a lot of rubbish, all boats/ships should invite customers to pick-up the rubbish to help preserve this special environment. Also the ship should have videos and other media which better present the site and environmental goals etc., as this was poring covered by staff.»

«The boat is a mid range cruise nothing fancy but still clean and comfortable. The itinerary itself follows the same as every other boat doing these tours. It’s really only 3 activities in 2 days. The 2nd day is a 30 min kayak and then you spend all morning on the boat and waiting at the dock for the return. If you really want to explore Halong bay I wouldn’t recommend this. Also drinks on board are super expensive! »

«Die Übernachtung auf dem Schiff war super. Das Persona stets freundlich und bemüht. Der Besuch der Höhle und der Cave mit Bamboo-Fahrt hat uns sehr gefallen. Man wird mit einem „Speedboot“ (Tenderboot) auf das Hauptschiff gebracht. Die eigentliche Fahrt mit dem Schiff ist dann eher kurz, was aber vor allem auch den Ausflügen geschuldet ist. Nachts ankert man zusammen mit anderen Schiffen. Allem im allem sehr empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder!»

«Cleanliness is an issue. When we checked in, bedsheets were dirty. Hot water also cannot be sustained. There were also ants around the sink area. After they cleaned consistently every day, our experience was much better. You pay for what you get. »
