The room itself was fine but the tub was gross, filthy and the sink would not drain, c’mon get it together! The walls must be paper thin. Someone in another room spent the whole night flushing the toilet. They must have flushed it 20 times. No sleep for me that night. I stayed there years before and it wasn’t great so I’ve been staying at another hotel out of the way but this time I really needed to be local so I thought I’d give them another chance. It’s a shame, I really hate having to go out miles out of the way every time.

Hotel itself is just OK. Arrived a little early to check in and even though plenty of rooms were ready they wanted to charge $40 to get in a room before 3pm. No grace period at all, not a minute before 3pm unless I paid them $40!

Very friendly staff and the hotel overall was very clean. The shower could use an upgrade and did show signs of age. The breakfast was super limited so if that’s important to you then this is not the best choice. Overall it served our needs at a very affordable price and would definitely recommend to people looking for value

My room was next to a room where I could hear everything in the pipes and bathroom. Unfortunately, the occupants were up all night using the facilities. I really never was able to sleep. Additionally the free breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. Very poor selection of very few old, tired items. I would never stay here again.

Property is clean, but smells like it hasn’t been used much. VERY few guests that makes the place creepy, the drive-up canopy has no lights and is dark, and had sketchy dudes that looked like they just completed a drug deal. While going to my car to get a phone charger, I kept one hand on my cell phone if I needed it to call 911. the tv was old and most channels are not available so I ended up watching tv on my phone. I guess for the price I got what was fair(?).

Lady at desk was rude when I was trying to ask a simple question. Bed was hard as a rock. Breakfast wasn't the greatest. Only oj and coffee, no milk, syrup & oj tasted funky. There was an ant in our bathroom and the fixtures were broken. Seems like needs an entire upgrade. Also a woman needed maintenance in her room for shower and guy this morning said no one here for the day.

Great little hotel!
Everything was sparkling clean, the front desk woman was really pleasant, and our room was huge. Convenient location for where we wanted to be, and near a lot of dining and shopping. The breakfast left a little to be desired (basically just toast and cereal and sweet food; I would have loved a bagel or something healthy) but there's a Starbucks nearby. Overall I was very impressed and would happily stay there again.

My son left the two stuffed animals he sleeps with all the time in the bed under the covers. We spoke to management about it and they woh no worries we will ship them to you. I followed up a few days later and they acted as if they had no idea what I was talking about. When I called back they said oh yes they had them. They then said I would have to pick them up. Left me with a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never stay in another Quality Inn.
