«What a gem! Cannot fault this b&b at all. We stayed in Room 5. We had such a comfortable stay - one of the best nights sleep in such a comfortable bed and room Great quiet location, handy to have parking too. Check in quick and easy. Great touches like fresh milk being available and pre-choosing options for a lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Shower was lovely and powerful. Such a great stay, an example of how b&bs should be. Absolutely would stay again and will recommend.»

«Room smelled pungently of mildew. When I told the staff they said they’d have to do a better job of cleaning. We left several days ago and everything in my suitcase, including all my clothes, still have that mildew smell. Quiet setting. Large rooms but had no way to air out except for a tiny window 18x8 that partially opened. Luckily it was cool weather. Pub was cute and food including breakfast was good.»

Not sure I like the self service check in, not that it didn’t work, it did but just prefer the personal touch for a hotel striving for the boutique feel. Overall a nice stay and friendly staff. They missed cleaning the room one day which was disappointing.»

«Lovely stay in Y Capel. Check in really easy and parking onsite was fine. Room was absolutely lovely with a really comfy king bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was in the Erskine Arms and was really tasty. A fair few options on the hot menu and a choice of fruit, yogurts and cereal. We also ate in the pub in the evening and was a really nice meal.
