Max 3 guest. 1 twin(top bunk),1 bench(more narrow than twin)& table can transform to bed. Looking for a central U.P. hub, this space is great. Walking distance to Tourist Park, a lovely campground to explore with nature trails, etc. Note: this is NOT located in campground. Bathroom is serviced port a potty. NO shower

The camper is located in the heart of Gwinn, in a residential, shared yard. Guests will have a designated yard space & parking space.
We also supply 15 gallons filtered water, mini fridge, electricity, and charcoal grill, byo charcoal
absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted inside camper( hefty fines will apply for non compliance) NO pets.
No cooking options inside camper
There is NO shower for this listing.
Heater & Ac units available for camper, depending on weather
