Terrible service and cleanliness
The standards have really deteriorated. we checked in at 3 however got the room only by 4:30 PM and was still being cleaned. The next day too despite repeated requests the rooms were cleaned only by 6 pm which meant sitting in unmade rooms. The cleanliness was horrible and no replenishment for towels, toiletries, one had to call them for everything. There were no glasses in the room and the service was very delayed. Honestly the staff (housekeeping and team at the restaurant) were really stretched and were trying their best to cope but it is sheer mismanagement on the hotels behalf. Horrible experience and feel bad for the staff that has to endure the criticism from the guests due to lack of service and cleanliness. will not visit again.

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE Overall experience was pathetic except food. Food was nice. The rooms cleanliness and hygiene were badly compromised. It was like u r staying in some cheap lodge with lot of insects and lizards in ur room and rooms and around ur is all flooded. There is sever problem with electricity and also fittings in bathroom are also leaking. Everything was brought to the notice of Manager and other staff, but they are all helpless and are only sorry and nothing more they can do. They must refund my room rent and give a written apology. ONE SHUD CHOOSE HOTEL OTHER THAN WESTIN SOHNA ROAD.

Excellent hospitality
The outstanding experience is due to the excellent team. Each staff member makes one feel welcome and special. From the reception desk to Amit , who drives the golf cart , the chef or the team that serves in the restaurant ( have to mention Ali - and Pritam the manager and Sanaa). It was the peak of summer but the rooms are cool and we relaxed in the calming ambience. The heavenly spa is beautifully constructed. I particularly loved the room called the sanctuary and spent some quiet time in it.

Its a good property. It should improve and make the main coffee shop bigger as it caters to main lunches/dinner/Bf and gets over crowded. Also the food is on the expensive side, specifically the cost of the buffet are not justifiable or worth it. The gym should be better maintained and manned . It was like a hot furnace inside the gym.

全般的に綺麗で快適でまた行きたいと思えた。 プールの水も綺麗。特にウサギやモルモットと触れ合えれるのはインドでは貴重。餌やりは係のおじさんがとても気持ちよくサービスしてくれた。 部屋は過剰な期待はしない方がいい。フロントへ頼み事しても時間はルーズで30分は遅れてくる。 ドライヤーが無くて頼んでも、部屋にケーキを予約してても散々フォローして30分かかった。 自然な中での部屋なので仕方ないがかなり大きなゴキブリがバスルームに出て処置に困った。 時間に余裕を持ってサービス予約する、虫やトカゲは仕方ないと割り切ればグルガオンからの週末旅行にはかなりオススメだと思う。食事はかなり美味しかった。

The property itself is quite nice and pleasant however the way things are operated and the way staff treats the guest is beyond appalling. I wanted to take my 7 months pregnant wife for a getway babymoon since she cant travel long distance. I decided to book this resort as I had heard nice things about it. After I booked the resort, I called them to arrange a decoration for my wife with baby pictures. The staff who picked up said she will arrange a callback for me. Obviously I never got any callback. I called back again after 4 days and the same thing happened. After another 2 days, I called back and got hung up on. Finally I got an answer that they can't arrange these kinds of decorations cannot be arranged. This left me helpless as my checkin date was only 2 days away and I was left with no choice but to go ahead with the booking since I was not allowed to cancel anymore. For this, they offered me a complimentary cake which I never wanted and didn't care for. Before the checkout, I suggested my wife take a shoulder and foot massage. I called the spa and checked with them that if they can offer spa services to my wife and explained them that she is 7 month pregnant and just needed foot and shoulder massage. They said they can definitely offer it. I dropped my wife to the spa and went to reception for checkout. At spa, they refused to give her massage and provide cart to drop her and made her walk all the way from spa to reception at 2'o clock in the afternoon.

A great nature's retreat to soothe the senses. Esthetically made & well maintained. Staff was very curteous & eager to help.Child & family friendly activities like the mini zoo, the pool, indoor & outdoor kids play area, cycling, outdoor games & sports, are available. The one bedroom villa was a luxurious experience with a huge & splendid bathroom with a tub. All in all a great stay & very approachable place.

I booked a villa and it was really awesome. They decorated the room for our wedding anniversary which looked pretty nice! Food was good too, Staff was very courteous.
