"Our six-day stay in a junior suite offered a mixed experience. The first three days were disappointing: the initial room was cold, had a persistent bathroom odor, poor electrical outlets, no hair dryer, a non-functional safe, creaking wooden floors, and an unstable TV. Power outages occurred several times, though the hotel’s backup generator restored power quickly. The breakfast selection felt unbalanced, with limited options for guests with dietary restrictions such as celiac disease.
However, the stay improved significantly after our room was changed on the third day. The new room had a proper safe, marble flooring with no noise, a functioning TV, better internet, and an overall more comfortable environment. Once our dietary needs were clearly communicated, the staff became much more flexible, attentive, and helpful, and the overall service level improved notably.
While the hotel has potential, the contrast between the first and second half of our stay was striking. The improved room and more responsive service elevated the experience, but the initial issues indicate important areas where the hotel could strengthen consistency and quality."
