7-Min Walk to Beach-Playground + Foosball

Made for families with young kids. Walk about 8 minutes to the white sand at Gulfport Beach, then come home to the feature kids remember: a playground in the fully fenced backyard, a foosball table, and games for all ages. Enjoy the outdoor porch, and fire up the charcoal barbecue grill for a cookout. From the front of the house, walk to the end of the street, turn left, and you are breathing Gulf air.





The cottage mixes coastal charm with practical comforts: a 60-inch Roku smart TV plus smart TVs in the bedrooms, a front-load washer and dryer, and parking for several cars or a trailer. A La-Z-Boy recliner is available on request. Starter supplies—toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee K-cups and toiletries—are provided to get you started.





Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - 1 queen bed. Bedroom 2 - 2 double (full) beds. Living room - 1 double sofa bed and 1 double Murphy bed. 1 bathroom.





Close to everything: Gulfport Beach about 8 minutes on foot. Island View Casino about 1 minute by car. Downtown Gulfport, Jones Park and downtown Long Beach about 5 minutes by car, with Biloxi's dining and entertainment a short drive beyond.





Good to know: The home has 4 to 6 steps at the front and back entrances. It sits near a railroad track, so expect to hear trains pass—part of being this close to the beach in Gulfport. Exterior Ring cameras record the driveway, backyard and front door areas only. Dogs and cats are welcome (up to 2 pets), and self check-in is by keypad.
