You can watch your favorite movies or enjoy cable television in the family room and the king-sized master bedroom. Additional bedrooms include a queen guest room and a bunk room with one full bed and three twins. There's also a TV with a DVD player and free WIFI available for your entertainment. The Rookery is conveniently located just 0.4 miles from the pristine white sand beaches of the Fort Morgan peninsula.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. The Rookery is professionally managed by Poole & Associates.

Additional information: Parking passes are required and may be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking passes allowed per reservation, accommodating up to two cars. Linens are provided; however, guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

Grills are not permitted for this property. There is communal grills onsite.
