Ocean Reef 116 is a 2 bedroom, 1.5-bathroom, second floor walkup unit that will sleep 8. The primary bedroom has a King bed, and the upstairs loft area has 2 Queen beds. A sofa sleeper is in the living room. Great Beach location for a family that likes to walk to everything. This unit has been recently updated with all new appliances. New flooring and fresh paint!

There is an on-site laundry room, covered parking and on-site security. This is a non-smoking unit. This property allows up to two vehicles per reservation. No trailers.

There are 2 parking spots available to you. The condo asks no trailers to be parked in the parking stalls. It is $40 per stall per stay paid directly to the complex.
Other things to note
No Elevator so you must be able to climb TWO flights of stairs to the unit.
