The Space:

Nestled in Laguna Key, a Gulf Shores gated neighborhood at the end of W. Beach Blvd, SALTY SEAHORSE is a prime destination for beautiful views, family fun, and easy beach access. From the back decks, with a cup of hot coffee in hand, watch the breathtaking sunrise and the marsh and shallow water of Little Lagoon come to life. It doesn’t get more peaceful than this. As the sun burns off the morning haze, load up the family and beach gear in the wagon and/or the 6-seater golf cart for a short easy walk/ride to the private beach or community pool. In the afternoon, challenge other family members to a game of tennis, pickle ball, or basketball on the multi-use court. Located west of Laguna Key is Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge with an abundance of walking trails to explore and educational opportunities to learn about the birds and other wildlife that inhabit the area. At the end of the day, you and your family will want to be back on the beach to watch the most spectacular unobstructed views of the sunset!

SALTY SEAHORSE has 6 bedrooms and 6 ½ bathrooms on two levels. Each bedroom opens out onto a front or back deck. On the main level (2nd floor), the master suite has a king bed , double sinks, and a large walk-in shower; the 2nd suite has a queen bed and tub/shower combo. This level also boasts a large open living/kitchen/dining space. Both the front and back lower decks can be accessed from these areas. The long kitchen island has seating for 6 and the dining table can seat 8. A highchair is provided for the use of a baby or toddler. The ½ bath and laundry closet make up the rest of the main level. Upon reaching the top level (3rd floor), you will notice the cozy loft area which is the perfect hangout for kids with a queen sleeper sofa, extra seating, a TV, and a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, and full-size fridge. This space is perfect for a movie and popcorn night for the kids or a quiet coffee drinking morning for the early birds! The 2 back bedrooms are a king suite with large walk-in shower and a queen suite with walk in shower. The lagoon views from these rooms and back deck are stunning! The 2 front bedrooms are a king suite with walk in shower and a full over full bunk bed suite with a tub/shower combo, also accessible from the loft. The views from these rooms and front deck are of the lovely neighborhood and offer a peekaboo view of the gulf. This beautifully decorated home can sleep up to 16 people. Three of the bedroom closets have pack n plays for the sleeping comfort of babies/toddlers and peace of mind for mom/dad when it comes to not having to pack one from home. Lastly, the oversized garage has parking space for 2 vehicles as needed on rainy days for loading/unloading, a golf cart for convenience, a space for storing beach stuff and to play yard games on rainy days, and a large kennel for your family pet to stay when you are away from the house.
