The staff was excellent considering they had no records of my already paid for reservation. Took extra time getting checked in due to this. Thankfully, they were able to get us another room.
Our suite had miscellaneous tiny holes in the bathroom and one behind the door in the bedroom. Kind of strange, but it did not appear to having anything inside of the holes.
Shower took a while to warm up on the fourth floor. The couch and chairs were hard as rocks, however the beds were comfortable. For as much as we paid for a suite, I do not think I would book again.
First night of our stay, we could hear the neighbors coughing. The next night, a dog kept barking so the sounds do travel from room to room, keep in mind.
This is not a representation of the staff though. They were quick to fix our reservation issues and were very professional and friendly. The facilities could definitely use some repairs though, and there needs to be some sort of organization between the hotel and Expedia.
