This is a great spot to hang out with your friends and watch TV, plan your next moves, or simply relax with a good book in hand. There is a convenient wet bar under the stairs, which is perfect to show off your bartender skills and prepare delicious cocktails for your group.



The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to make cooking a breeze, including an extra full-size refrigerator that can be found in the laundry room right off the kitchen. It's complete with custom cabinets, black granite countertops, and incredible amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave. The elegant breakfast bar wraps around the kitchen and seats seven people comfortably. If you'd like to have more of a formal mealtime, the glass dining table awaits with space for six.
