You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room, and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with outdoor seating and with view of Bon Secour refuge.

The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower, a double vanity, and a separate commode room. Other features include 12-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas. Dual standard coffee maker & Keurig, 2 adult bicycles, beach chairs, and umbrellas.
Additional items to make your stay more convenient if you have small children: a pack-n-play and a high chair.

Any vehicle that exceeds the limit for each house or condo will be instructed to park off the property. Unit includes Suncoast Beach Service, One umbrella, and two chairs (#683). Let the attendant know where you're staying and they will have it set up.
