Premier Penthouse Level With Awesome Views of the Gulf of Mexico

New Owner. Newly Renovated in 2024. Dual Master suites (king bed in each bedroom). The front door opens to a spacious open floor plan, leading to an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico from the top floor of the Palms at Gulf Shores Plantation. Beautiful granite counter tops are featured in kitchen. New Dining Room table with 4 chairs and a bench for seating 6 people comfortably. Relax in the spacious living room where you will find a new Leather Sofa, new Leather Swivel/Rocker/Recliner, new fabric Swivel/Rocker/Recliner, new Smart Vizio 50 inch flat screen TV mounted on the wall. Stroll out onto the inviting super-sized balcony with its panoramic view of two pools, tennis court, putting green, and the beach, the balcony will surely become your "happy place" throughout your stay on the top floor. A perfect place for morning coffee where with a keen eye and a bit of luck, the dolphins will entertain you with their A.M. show. The master bedroom has another set of sliding glass doors leading to the balcony. You will know you are living the good life, when you are relaxing in the Master Bedroom watching the gentle waves, pelicans, and happy families heading out on the boardwalk to the beach. There's a ensuite with a Tub/Shower combo. Don't be disappointed if you are assigned the Guest bedroom since it also has a king bed and a large bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have their own 43 inch Smart TV's mounted on the wall. The Guest bedroom also has a Tub/Shower combo which may also be accessed from the main living area. If you need another option for sleeping, the new Leather Sofa folds out into a queen size bed. There’s 6 pools on the property ( one is an indoor saltwater pool and an outdoor saltwater pool ), an outdoor hot tub (outdoor hot tub is closed from May 15 - September 15), Tennis and Pickle Ball courts, Basketball Court, numerous grills on the property, access to a new indoor saltwater 11x12 ft hot tub, exercise room, and mens and womens dry heat sauna. There's a good restaurant in the building next door and a patio for having cocktails/food while overlooking the sand dunes and seeing the ocean waves. Washer and Dryer in the unit No Smoking or Vaping. No Pets. Resort charges a $35.00 parking fee per vehicle (2 vehicle limit).

Great vacation

Absolutely beautiful place! Anthony was so helpful any time I messaged him. Super nice. The beach view from the balcony was so nice. Got to see a few dolphins on our stay. Most definitely would stay here again!

Family vacation

Upon walking in it was very clean and was as pictured on the vrbo site. My favorite thing was the view from the balcony!! Very kid friendly, basketball courts, tennis/pickleball courts, and of course the pools. Would definitely stay here again.

Great vacation!

Condo was exactly as described with all the amenities you could think of. Loved being so close to the beach and pool! The ice machine by the pool was a wonderful perk as well as the outdoor bar in the building next door for quick drinks/snacks. The beach was a little busier than expected, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We had a blast and I would stay here again

Incredible getaway

Comfortable Stay with a View

This place has the best view around and is nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything you could want. Plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. The beds were very comfortable, which is a must for us. Balcony furniture was great. Owner was quick to respond, very helpful and friendly. Our only complaints, were the additional $70 parking pass fee for 2 cars. We have stayed at the Plantations for the last 6 years, never had to pay for parking passes. Or they were included with the rooms total cost. I received the email about the additional cost, the day before we left. Once we got there, the deadbolt did not work. And you had to make sure the door closed properly. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. This did not take away from our trip. We had a great time. And would book this room again, especially if the door issues were fixed.

Incredible view - Very nice and updated

We come to Ft Morgan every year to the Plantation. The room was very nicely updated, very comfortable. The Kitchen was very nicely stocked with everything a regular home cook could want, which was great as we cook almost all meals for ourselves. Having one minor issue and some water blow in the front door from a strong storm, the owner was very responsive, helpful and accommodating. Our Family had a wonderful vacation and will be back.

Great Stay @ Fort Morgan!

Our family of 4 stayed for 6 nights at this condo. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Condo was clean and kitchen was new. View of the gulf from the large balcony was great! Multiple pools at the property were used by us everyday. Nice to be away from the more crowded Gulf Shores and Orange Beach areas. Plenty of families when we stayed, so our boys made friends with some each day we were there. Would recommend this unit and would stay there again!

Terrific Condo

Out of the 12 properties that we’ve stayed in for two months in the past this was the best appointed condo ever! All kitchen appliances were brand new, living room furniture was exceptionally comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Condo was freshly painted, tile floors were in excellent shape. View was beautiful and everything was as advertised. The beach is wide, clean and has the finest, white sand you’ve ever seen. Anthony, the owner, was friendly, welcoming and helpful. He was always available online for questions and replied within moments. The area is rich in history and well worth exploring! It has great restaurants nearby including one on the grounds which served a particularly excellent breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. We would be excited to stay here again!

Great Property! Great Host!

There are so many good things to say about this unit and the host! Communication with the host was amazing, ensuring that we were able to get into the unit and that we had what we needed, and he was available and checked on us throughout our stay. As for the unit, it is clean, extremely well-stocked for cooking, layed out very well, and has an incredible view! It also has room for storage and king size beds in both bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable, and the complex has so much to enjoy - pools, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, gated, level for bike riding, a restaurant that has great food, hot tubs, and so much more, The beach is amazing! We had an excellent stay, and we definitely recommend this unit, and this stellar host, for your beach vacation!
