Located in the quiet area of Fort Morgan, Coastal Caboose is just steps away from the beach and community pools. This multi-level, beach house has 5 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. Don’t forget your furry friends, this home welcomes up to two pets with associated pet fees. 

About Coastal Caboose

With over 2400 square feet of living space, the whole family can enjoy relaxing inside the comfort of Coastal Caboose. This home features a wide-open floor plan with a spacious kitchen, dining area, wet bar, and living area. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, an island with significant counter space, and bar seating for up to 6 guests. The dining area, located between the kitchen and living area, features a large, dining table that seats 8. The living area features two comfortable couches, modern décor, and access to the outside deck to enjoy the gulf breeze. 

On the main level is bedroom 1 with a king bed, TV, patio access, and an attached, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. 

Moving upstairs, bedroom 2 features a queen bed, TV, patio access, and an attached, private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Down the hall is bedroom 3, perfect for the kids of the group. This bedroom has a twin over a twin bunk bed, a twin over a full bunk bed, and a TV- this room sleeps 5. Bedroom 4 can also double as a second master bedroom, featuring a king bed, TV, balcony access, and an attached, private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Across the hall is bedroom 5 with a king bed, TV, balcony access, and an attached, private bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. 

Private parking for up to 4 vehicles. 

About Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
