The Space
The lower level boasts a spacious kitchen with ample counter space and an oversized island, ideal for meal prep. A large pantry is conveniently located for your grocery needs, and the kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a KitchenAid stand mixer. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island, plus a highchair for little ones. Large windows in the dining area provide gorgeous sunset views.

One bedroom is located on this level, featuring a King-sized bed, full private bath, and Gulf views. In addition to the main living room, there’s a cozy seating area with a sectional/chaise sofa and a wine/coffee bar—perfect for enjoying your morning brew or an evening cocktail. A laundry room with a large-capacity washer and dryer, along with a powder bath, completes the first floor.

Step outside to the lower deck, which includes a dining table for six, an Adirondack tete-a-tete, and a Polywood conversation set. The deck’s party lights create a magical atmosphere for outdoor dining or stargazing, and it features a gate for child safety.

The upper level hosts four more bedrooms. Two have King beds, private baths, and Gulf views. Located just 15 scenic miles from Gulf Shores, you’ll find all essentials nearby, including Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market, along with a variety of restaurants like Tacky Jack’s, Sassy Bass, Coast, and Jesse’s on the Bay. Some venues even offer live entertainment.
