The First floor main living space in this charming Beach House has been professionally decorated with soft colors, Glam furnishings, and Modern chic décor. There is large comfortable seating for 8 plus and a large 65" smart HDTV. Just off the main living area is a spacious deck with a beautiful view of the Ocean & Sunset. There is a formal dining area with a table big enough for 7 and bar seating areas. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware so you can make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Behind the Kitchen is a full bathroom for your guests to enjoy and the Guest bedroom with a king bed, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a luxurious shower.

Upstairs are the 3 guest bedrooms. All bedrooms have wall-mounted smart HDTVs and bathroom access. ALL bedroom has a private bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom. Master bedrooms have access to the deck overlooking the Ocean.

The washer and Dryer are also located on the second-floor hallway.

The Pool area has 4 Modern Pool lounge chairs and 4 patio chairs for seating. At night, LED lights will illuminate the pool for better ambiance and an Outdoor BBQ grill is also available so you can cook your favorite grills throughout your stay. Pool heating is available for an additional fee for reservations staying between September 1 - June 1. If pool heat is desired, the pool can be heated to 82-87 degrees for a fee of $85/night. Arrangements must be made within 48 hours of check-in. Over the summer months, the pool temp stays 80-90 degrees.

Main floor Patio has 4 Adirondack chairs with side tables and Top floor patio has 4 additional Adirondack chairs with 2 end tables and has the best view of the Ocean and all year round amazing sunset views.

Ground-level provides ample parking spaces under the first-floor main level. It also has an outside storage unit that houses wagon, ice coolers, and pool toys so that you don't have to bring any bulk items to fully enjoy the beach experience.

House-trained pets are welcomed; $200 for 1st pet and $100 for the 2nd pet. (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each). Please note that VRBO only charges for one pet so if you will bring two (2) we will request the additional fee via VRBO payment request center.

We don't offer refund due to weather, natural disaster/during major holiday or circumstances out of our control like wi-fi connectivity issues etc.

If you need a pack 'n play or high chair during your stay, please let us know ahead of time and we will have these items waiting on you when you arrive. Also, please know that product liability and product usage is your responsibility.

During Hangout Fest rental week (May 19-21); refundable security deposit of 2500 is mandatory.

Guests must have at least a 4 star rating for all prior stays to book the home.
