Unit 1101 Bel Sole is a beautiful corner unit with two balconies overlooking little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico. With updated decor, this unit is sure to please. The condo has recently been renovated with all new furniture and freshly painted throughout.

The master offers a king bed and beautiful views of the Gulf and large master bathroom. A roll away bed in main closet has been provided for additional sleeping. This is suitable for a child. The second bedroom offers another king bed and views of the gulf and private bath. The third room offers a queen bed. The living room has a new sleeper sofa. This unit has three spacious bathrooms and large laundry room. The living room and kitchen area have beautiful floor to ceiling views of Little Lagoon. This unit gives you the best of both worlds!

The property has much to offer, if you want the beach or the lagoon this property offers it all! After a day at the beach, you can enjoy fishing from the newly updated lighted pier. You can also take a swim in the heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, or outdoor hot tub. There is also a workout room for your enjoyment!

When you are ready for the beach, you can enjoy the deeded beach access with private boardwalk to bask in the sun! This is located just across the street from the property.

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a clean bed for your stay.

Final payment (balance due after Initial Reservation Payment has been paid) is required 30 days prior to arrival.
Payment may be made by MasterCard, VISA, or Discover. Final payment may also be paid by cashier's check, money order or certified funds (if received 30 days prior to arrival). Your remaining balance will be charged to the card on file unless you notify us otherwise if your stay is less than 14 days.
Reservations including stays 14 days or longer must be paid in full 90 days before your arrival and are due by check to avoid an additional 3% credit card processing fee.
This also includes Winter stays lasting 14 days or longer.
An additional 3% processing fee will be applied to reservations lasting 14 days or longer that are paid with a credit or debit card. Please Note: After reservation, you will receive a digital rental contract that can be signed electronically. This is a mandatory part of the booking process.
