CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.

Wonderful Week - Second Stay

We absolutely love this unit, and look forward to staying again, soon. Amazing views from balcony. I would love to have some type of lounging chairs on the balcony, but other than that… no complaints. Highly Recommend!

Didn’t get to stay here after paying

We we notified exactly 1 week prior to check in, this condo was not available for entire time I had booked (& paid for). Construction was being moved up so we were told could either stay at a different condo that was not A 3 bd/3 ba I booked or we could get a full refund. I think it was VERY tacky to decide to change construction date & cause us to have to rearrange our vacation A WEEK before due to arrive!

Beautiful condo

We stayed here for the NCAA vball championship with our mothers (70 & 80) and my 7yr old kid, we all loved it. My kid loved that we were “above the birds.” Our mothers loved the view from all angles and we loved how close it was to the tournament site. The weather wasn’t great this year so we walked back & forth a lot. Condo was clean & quiet. Elevators took forever, but that turned into a game for the kid. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Great beach place

The condo was great, very clean and well maintained. There were only 2 minor concerns with the place: the one bed was very high and the parking is very tight for large vehicles, like my truck. Otherwise the location is great and not very busy (at least not in early May when I was there).

Outstanding experience

We could not have made a better choice for our Spring Break 2023 trip from Texas to Gulf Shores with our two adult daughters. The pictures are spot-on representative, the unit was extremely clean, and the rooms and amenities were excellent in the unit. Love the layout and the fact that each room had its own bathroom, which is one of the main reasons we chose it. The views from the 23rd floor were awesome. We knew they were doing winter external maintenance on the building, so our two girls' rooms had plastic covering their windows, but the master and living rooms still had views, as did the balcony. The building is right on the beach, so super-easy access, and its walkable distance to the hub of Gulf Shores was perfect. The heated pool was nice to have. The parking garage worked well for us, though people with really big vehicles need to be aware that some of the turns are really tight. Additionally, when this whole tower is full during the summer, the wait for the elevators (there are two) will most likely be quite long due to the height of the building and the fact that they are way too small for the number of people to use them. There are stairs, which would be fine for a few floors up, but floor 23...I did it once just for grins. Wow... : ) Bottom line, though, is this was a fantastic location and unit and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo....not so nice building experience

**To be clear, the condo itself is beautiful and very clean/well kept** We booked our vacation back in August for the week beginning on New Year's Eve. Alabama Getaway was amazing to work with on this rental. They answered all questions and issues very promptly and with such great customer service. I will definitely be using this company to rent from again. The condo was very clean and updated. The Island Tower building, not so much. First off was the parking situation. No security on site (we didn't see one person the whole time) so the parking "rules" aren't enforced. Parking is very tight already so they have signs posted asking that smaller cars use the upper levels. The ground floor level seemed to always have compact cars in spaces meant for larger vehicles. Ramps to upper levels are very tight and make it extremely difficult for a larger vehicle to navigate. The building lobby was very nice. Elevators were nice, until only one worked. The corridors when you exit the elevator on each floor STAY wet, very wet. If you wear sandals, you will have wet shoes/feet due to the puddles. Paint and plaster on the exterior walls are bubbles and peeling as well, I assume due to the moisture always being present. There is a key provided in the unit for the pool, however, the Indoor pool is NOT heated. The key worked the first day of our arrival, then it didnt. We had to find another guest to ask for a code to the door as someone had changed the lock! No swimming for us though as the temperature showed 61°-70° every day. The water was freezing! The outdoor pool was.closed for renovation. The building had also closed off the beach access. Guests had to go thru neighboring parking lots to try to access the beach. Ridiculous! But wait.....the final straw for my family was when a man entered our condo, unannounced and without knocking, and was caught standing in the foyer by my husband. The man was coming around the corner walking towards the kitchen when my husband stopped him. He stated he was a locksmith asked to let in construction workers to take the furniture off the side balcony so they could work on the side of the building tomorrow. It wasn't until my husband walked the "locksmith" back out the door when a man came off the elevator to explain what they needed. Again.....no notice was given to guests or to the rental agency about this. Completely unacceptable!

A Bew Beginning

It was absolutely breathtaking. The view was phenomenal, and the accommodations were over the top. The condo was immaculate and smelled clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with all necessary items. We did purchase a crock pot to use, and a couple of the skillets were nearing time to need replacing . I’d imagine it’s hard keeping nice things, due to folks not taking care of things like they would at home. This is not a complaint, and only a suggestion. We will def return!

Almost Paradise

This was an absolutely beautiful, amazingly clean condo. The views were spectacular both at sun rise and sun set . Our only complaint was the bed in the third bedroom was so high that the couple who drew the short straw could barely get up on it. It would be great for tall people or teenagers, but us vertically challenged and of a certain age group couples not so much.

Everything was just as described in the VRBO ad. Very clean, comfortable and well located to restaurants and stores. Easy in and easy out process. Great communication. The only thing I would ask of the owners is that some clothes hangers be provided in the guest closets. Master had a few, so we shared those. Thank you for everything. Definitely would stay again.

Great Family Trip!

First time to gulf shores for most of us and it was a blast! The condo was great.. beautiful views. Love the balcony and table/chairs set up so we could play games outside at night! Only complaint is can’t use our canopy on the beach, but that is an AL rule I suppose.

Perfect getaway condo

Great birthday weekend getaway
