New shell chandelier completes this beach feeling unit! The unit is fully equipped with a full size washer and dryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, margarita maker, dishes, pot and pans, crockpot, bar ware and lots of storage space.
The main area has a queen sleeper sofa a large screen smart TV, YoutubeTV is included, a Wii and 4 remotes and many games and puzzles - perfect for a rainy day. The main deck has sun shades built in, a sofa, loveseat, high table and four chairs. Perfect for morning coffee, late night conversations or watching the beautiful sunsets.
Two Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are located upstairs. The master has a new king size mattress, walk in shower, luxury towels and sliding patio doors that lead to a second deck and seating for two. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, amazing views of the Lagoon, private bathroom with a surround tub and shower with sliding doors that open to the top deck, a table, swivel chairs that overlook the pool and face the lagoon. Both bedrooms have large screen TV’s with YouTube TV and hi-speed Wi-Fi. There are extra electrical outlets available bedside to charge up for the next day.
The outside are has beach supplies that include an outside shower, beach chairs, beach blanket, shovels, buckets, and lots of beach toys. Beach towels are available for your use. No need to pack extra.
The gulf is accessible via a deeded boardwalk located just across beach Blvd. You also have access to a private boat doc. Fishing, boating, kayaking, watching the sunset or just taking in the pelicans and Herrons. Just after sunset be sure to watch for the stingrays.
