This magnificent 3-bedroom, 2-bath home offers guests a thoughtfully designed space with stylish furnishings and a comfortable, well-planned layout. The cozy living room affords room for all to unwind, while the view beyond the picture glass sliding door is sure to impress. The fully equipped, open-concept kitchen makes light work for the chef of the group with everything needed to create delectable meals at home. Enjoy your meals in the dining area with a table for 6 with additional bar seating for 4, or dine al fresco on your private deck. Family Tides offers accommodations for up to 8 guests and features a Gulf-facing master bedroom with direct deck access, a king bed, a TV, and an attractive 5-piece private bathroom. The second bedroom hosts 2 in a queen bed, and the third bedroom will sleep 4 in two twin over twin bunk beds. There is a shared hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo for the guests in these two bedrooms.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
