The main living area features floor to ceiling Gulf views, a spacious seating area with a large TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for additional accommodations. The gourmet kitchen includes a gas range, high end appliances, under counter ice maker, and seating for five at the oversized island. The dining table comfortably seats eight. A full bathroom with a walk in tile shower is also located on this level.

The upper floors are home to all six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, along with a bonus living area complete with a TV, wet bar, and wine fridge. A full size washer and dryer are located on the upper levels for guest convenience.

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
