- Parking passes are $55.00 per vehicle per stay.

- Maximum 2 vehicles allowed

- You may park in the parking garage, reserved space number 25.

- Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.

- Parking pass rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.

- No RV's, trailers, or watercraft allowed on-site.

Since Phoenix V is located directly on the beach, you can spend your days swimming in the gorgeous Gulf, soaking up the sun on the sugar-white sand, or trying your hand at watersports like parasailing, jet skiing, or paddle boarding.



🎡 The Wharf:

The Wharf in Orange Beach is a popular entertainment complex with shops, restaurants, bars, and a marina.

There is often live music at The Wharf, and there are also a number of events held here throughout the year, such as festivals and art shows



🎣 Fishing:

Orange Beach is a great place to go fishing, both inshore and offshore.

There are many charter fishing companies that offer trips for a variety of fish, including redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and mahi-mahi.



🐬 Dolphin Watching Tours:

Take a boat tour to see the amazing bottlenose dolphins that inhabit the waters off the Alabama coast.
