The second floor unit has a nice balcony view of the beach and outdoor pools. There is a boardwalk to the beach that provides good access for walking and taking a wagon. The overall building has a variety of maintenance issues. There was only one working elevator and at one point no working elevator. The closest tennis court was closed all week. The outdoor pools were cold (70F). The indoor pool was warm but very chlorinated. When we arrived a toilet seat in the guest bathroom was broken and the fridge light was burned out. The property management company was contacted immediately. The toilet was fixed 48 hours later. The fridge was not fixed. The fridge appeared to not be running properly and seemed to run too long; vegetables froze. There were some additional minor inconveniences in the unit like multiple light fixtures had bulbs of different tones/brightnesses and there was no salt/pepper or coffee filters for the coffee maker. There is no baking sheet minimal cooking tools. The water from the tap tasted fine to some and not great for others. You might want bottled water if you’re sensitive to water taste. There were lots of children and families around. The unit was clean and there was a vacuum to do a midweek sweep. The listing stated that parking for the week was 35 but it is 40.
