We had a great time at Emerald Waves Hideaway! It was the perfect space for our family, and we especially enjoyed the privacy and the heated pool. The location is excellent with such close proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. If we return to Pensacola, we will definitely look to stay at this property again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Waves Hideaway in Gulf Breeze. This was our first visit to Emerald Waves Hideaway and we loved it. The house was more than we could have asked for…..roomy, clean, well stocked and easy to find. The beaches and shopping was near by as well. And communication with our host was outstanding (Thanks Wayne). We will definitely consider Emerald Waves Hideaway for our next year stay in Gulf Breeze.

This is a lovely, clean, cozy, beach home with well kept yards in a friendly neighborhood. The bright cool colors and beach decor inside were a perfect welcome to our vacation. The pool and game room were such fun added treats for our kids (and for me, I have to admit). The beds were comfy and everything was in working order. Our host was very polite, patient, and quick to respond; he was very easy to talk with. The only suggestion I would make is to bring a kitchen sponge for cleaning pots and pans. Everything was great. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place!!!

One of the nicest properties we have stayed at! Super clean, beautifully decorated and owners have thought of everything! The pool and lanai is great and location is central to everything. Would highly recommend this property to anyone!

The house was great, 10 minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants nearby. The kids and the adults loved the pool and the game room. Would recommend to anyone interested in a trip to Pensacola.

Outstanding location, very convenient to Downtown Pensacola, Navarre Beach, and short drives to Elgin and NSA Pensacola. Plethora of restaurants nearby, would recommend the Pointe, Golf Club Restuarant/Pub for some great steaks. Rooms were well apportioned and decorated, comfortable beds and linens. Onsite laundry made the long stay enjoyable. Easy check in and out, excellent rapport with host, Wayne, Everything was above board, making it a stellar location for those having business or just a well deserved vacation in Gulf Breeze.

Exactly as described, excellent communication as needed with owner, pool is amazing! It was nice to be so close to the zoo, Naval museum and beach….and not have to deal with being around a ton of people in a hotel or share our pool. Highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Pool had some dead algae that had been treated a couple days before bc of surrounding trees. Called host. He had someone there taking care of it early next morning. Would definitely stay at the property again.

July 2024 Family Vacation

We loved our stay Emerald Waves Hideaway. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and conveniently located with restaurants and grocery stores within a close distance. The property owner always responded quickly to any questions/emails. We especially enjoyed lazy evenings by the pool. We highly recommend staying here and would stay again if we are ever in the area.

Great location and fun property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emerald Waves! The heated pool and game room were a big hit with our kids. We loved having space for the in-laws to join us too. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location was great to visit both downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach. The neighborhood was quiet and well decorated at Christmas! We will definitely stay here again when we visit the area.

This place is great! Wayne communicated everything thoroughly and clearly. He noticed the WiFi was down when we arrived and called to fix it before we even had our car unloaded! He is on top of things! The house had an abundance of towels (bath and beach), the showers had shampoo/conditioner provided, the screened in pool was fantastic and had lots of floats and toys. The kitchen had everything we needed plus extra trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods and a fully stocked coffee bar area! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The lawn and pool guys were quick and non intrusive. If we ever return to that area we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

Wonderful

Property was as described, the home was very clean and has everything we needed plus some. We did not get to enjoy the pool as much as we would have liked due to the weather so we took advantage of all the board games. The area is close to multiple attractions but the neighborhood was quiet. The communication with the property manager was great as well. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again the next time we are in the area.

Spring break vacation

We had a wonderful time at the property as the house/pool/game room were perfect for our family. When we arrived the pool heater was not working and the pool water was cold, but as soon as we told Wayne, he had someone over the next day to address the issue promptly and were able to enjoy both the pool and surrounding aria of Gulf Breeze/Pensacola. For anyone traveling with kids/teens we highly recommend this property, thanks!

Close to everything in a safe quiet neighborhood

I truly enjoyed my stayed at the home. Communication was smooth. I loved that the TV remotes all worked with each TV, it made it easy when a tv remote died during our trip. No complaints. The pool and game room was the highlight of our stay. Everything was clean and provided amenities like ice cooler, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the beach!
