The Space:

Book for spring & summer! This modern townhome is an ideal retreat for families and friends. Enjoy the peaceful and quiet neighborhood, spacious and open floor plan, and the lovely outdoor space with a patio. This home is nestled between the pristine shores of beautiful Navarre Beach and Pensacola Beach that is just minutes away.



As soon as you enter this cozy home, you are welcomed by a contemporary open floor. The living and dining area have plenty of seating for up to 7 guests. There is a smart TV and plenty of space for everyone to relax, as it was designed with comfort and relaxation in mind.



Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, toaster, drip coffee maker, and Keurig single-serve pod coffee machine. You can expect a starter supply of coffee & condiments, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher pods.



There is a half bathroom downstairs off the kitchen area.



The laundry room is on the 2nd floor with a washer and dryer, iron and ironing board for your use. A supply of laundry detergent is located on the shelves above the machines.



This home is a comfortable 3-bedroom (upstairs) house with 2.5 bathrooms.



The master bedroom, 2nd floor, and has a king bed with a memory foam mattress, fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, lamp, dresser, closet, and smart TV for watching movies. The ensuite bathroom features a vanity, mirror and shower. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up wipes.



The second bedroom, 2nd floor, has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, lamp, dresser, and smart TV for watching movies. You can open the shades in the room to bring in the natural light.



There is a full bathroom, 2nd floor, with a Shower/Tub combo. We provide some starter supplies/essentials: toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and make-up wipes.



The third bedroom, 2nd floor, has a bunk bed: queen bed on bottom bunk & twin bed on top bunk with memory foam mattresses, fresh crisp clean linens, pillows, and bed coverings, lamp, dresser, and smart TV.

On the back patio, you have outdoor seating & BBQ for grilling; this is a great space to relax with a cup of coffee or read a book.



This home is designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, offering an authentic experience with easy access to the best destinations in the area. Enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and the beautiful coastal scenery that Florida has to offer.



Guest Access:

We have a smart lock door, and an email will be sent with door code instructions on the day before check-in. You will have access to the entire home.



For parking, please be courteous to our neighbors. Parking is available in the garage, driveway, or in front of the townhouse.



Other Things to Note:

Here are the House Rules you can look to upon staying at the home:

• Guests must be 21 years of age and older to book this property.

• Please observe silence. Noise restriction between 9 PM - 7 AM.

• Only park in the designated areas.

• Avoid flushing any items in the sink and toilets to avoid clogs.

• Pets are not allowed inside the premises.

• NO SMOKING allowed in the home. A $250 fine will be imposed for smoking in the home.

• To minimize odors all trash must be in trash bags and removed from the house and put in the garbage can.

• No extra guests are allowed unless permitted by the owner.

• No parties, events, and smoking allowed.

• The guest must comply with the rules under the guest rental agreement.
