• From the house the situation is ideal to access everything


- To the north of the house: access to the beach, the port, sale of oysters and shellfish, restaurants, small shops, post office, banks, pharmacy, tobacconist / newspapers, bakeries, butcher's shop, fruits and vegetables, etc. .... 15 minutes on foot, by bike or by car.
- To the east of the house: access to the HYPER U shopping center and its gas station shops, gas pump, car wash, Norauto
- To the south of the house, towards the Dune du Pilat, the ocean beaches, the lakes, the amusement parks 900m away, the Leclerc shopping center and its shops, the Hospital and the Clinic
- To the west: the town of Arcachon, Moulleau, Pyla, along the beaches, the large Pereire beach, the port of Arcachon, the town of La Teste with the largest market in the Basin (Thursdays, Saturday and Sunday morning)
