Situated on a 1000 m² plot, the villa features a landscaped enclosed garden with terraces, a private swimming pool (4x9m), a 4-person hot tub, a solar shower, and outdoor furniture. The house comprises a beautiful living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and TV lounge opening onto a semi-covered terrace and the swimming pool, three bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, a toilet, and a laundry room. The bedrooms are furnished with one king-size bed (180x200cm) and two queen-size beds (160x200cm) respectively (two twin beds (80x200cm) in each bedroom); one of the bedrooms has access to a private terrace at the rear. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom. Bed linens, table linens, towels, heating, and air conditioning are included in the price for stays of one week or more. For shorter stays, a fee will be charged for linens (sheets, towels, and kitchen linens). The swimming pool is available from May to September, weather permitting. Electric vehicle charging point is available.
