«Great setting right on the water. You can walk out the door and be on the path that runs around the Inner Harbor. Easy self park across the street. Room was very quiet. We had an upgraded corner room with a view of the water and enjoyed it tremendously. The extra space made it a very comfortable place to hang out when we weren’t outside.»

«The hotel seemed as if it needed a little bit of a wash and freshen up. We had two TVs in our room and neither one worked. The valet also lost our AirTag. The valet manager was amazing and replaced it right away which was super kind of her.»

«This hotel is clean, easy to get to and the front desk staff was great. Very nice ambiance.
I didn’t like the barn doors on the bathroom that do not provide privacy. Vent didn’t work great. Housekeeping left hand towels and big towels but no new washcloths/face towels.
The valet team was horrible, a lot of people working but only the older gentleman actually worked hard. The younger attendants were slow to respond or had to be approached. The employees were generally friendly and were greeting ...

«Absolutely NOT luxury or upscale. I gave it the benefit of the doubt and just thought other reviewers were being unduly harsh because it’s in Baltimore City or because they were snobs. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize the reviewers were right.
The breakfast was pretty good though. For the price of the breakfast, I would’ve rather been at any other hotel. I regretted my choice very quickly and kept telling my husband, “Never again!”
