«Reservamos este hotel con anterioridad y se pagó por medio de una aplicación y al momento de ingresar nos dieron que no habían habitaciones que la aplicación no les había informado. La señorita no nos solucionó y fue muy mala su atención, nos comunicamos con la aplicación y nos dieron que el hotel nos vendió las acotaciones. No recomiendo este hotel que solo se preocupa por el interés económico y nopor el servicio al cliente.»

«This hotel never disappoints. This is now my 3rd time staying at this hotel. The room is very clean, comfortable and roomy. I love that they have hot water and good water pressure. At night its very quiet and I always sleep right through the night. The staff are excellent. The kitchen staff and breakfast PERFECT. Great location a short walk to the center park. Look forward to satying here again. »

Quiet, relaxing with wonderful small staff and very friendly owner who makes you feel welcome and will help and guide you with a smile (excellent English btw). Very nice upscale hotel. A highlight of my 2 weeks in Columbia. »
