The Space:

After a day exploring nearby cafes and cultural spots, you return to a calm interior where air conditioning keeps the atmosphere comfortable and unhurried. Evenings invite you to settle in with a favorite show, prepare a simple meal, or step outside for a breath of fresh air before turning in.



The space is designed for up to 2 guests and includes 1 bedroom with 1 bed and 1 bath. Linens and bathroom essentials are provided, and clothing storage keeps your belongings organized throughout your stay. A safe offers added peace of mind, while thoughtful touches like extra pillows and blankets and an iron support both short visits and longer stays.



Living and working

A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to balance travel with productivity. Whether you’re answering emails or planning the next day’s outing, you’ll have a comfortable place to focus. A TV creates a relaxed setting for winding down in the evening.

Parking and services

Free parking garage on premises and free street parking add flexibility if you’re arriving by car, and self check-in with keypad makes arrival seamless. Luggage dropoff allowed and long term stays allowed offer added convenience, and cleaning available during stay can be arranged. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and window guards are in place for reassurance.

Located near Colonia Americana and Avenida Chapultepec, you’re within reach of restaurants, cafes, and local activity. Public transportation nearby makes it easy to move through the city. As in many active urban areas, daytime sounds from nearby activity or construction may be present, reflecting Guadalajara’s steady rhythm. This non pet-friendly home offers a comfortable, well-located base for experiencing the city at your own pace.



Guest Access:

Check-in: Our staff can greet you in the lobby between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please contact your host. We will send you the access code for the electronic door lock in advance. Important note: Last minute reservations: If you make your reservation after 9:00 p.m. the day before your arrival, or on the day of check-in, the apartment will be available for check-in from 6:00 p.m. onwards. Check-out: Check-out is at 11:00 am. Remember to turn off the air conditioning before your departure and notify your host.

Getting Around:

We have a private transportation service with additional cost that is available for you to move around the city with ease.



If you wish to hire it, it is important that you request it at least 15 hours in advance in order to coordinate it properly.



You can also use the cab service or platforms such as Uber.

Guadalajara is a city that's constantly growing, so you might hear some construction noise nearby during the day. We appreciate your understanding and are here for anything you may need.



Capacity and Rates:

The rate per night published on the platform is base and includes 1 to 2 guests.

Starting with the 3rd guest, an additional charge of approximately $10 USD per person per night applies.



The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 2 people, including adults, children and infants.

Important: Although Airbnb does not count children and infants in the total number of guests, the condo does. Please be sure to include all occupants when booking.



Cleaning:

The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay, but does not include daily cleaning or changing of linens or laundry during your visit.



Restrictions

-No outside guests allowed.

-No change of linens during your stay.



Services and amenities

The amenities provided (toilet paper, shampoo, etc.) are intended to cover the first day of your stay.



The kitchen utensils available are basic tools, they do not include supplies such as salt, oil and pepper.



Parking is limited and also subject to availability.



Common areas and surroundings

The maintenance and administration of the condominium's common areas are the external responsibility of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



Due to the constant growth of Guadalajara, it is possible that there may be construction work or other elements nearby that generate noise during the day. We appreciate your understanding.



Forgotten objects

We are not responsible for lost or forgotten objects in the accommodation. We recommend that you check carefully before your departure.
