Air conditioner does not work I called the front desk 3 times they didn’t do anything about it they sent someone from house keeping a nice lady but didn’t fix anything she just came,got the air conditioner control, pushed some buttons and nothing changed, I asked her if they could send someone from maintenance to fix the air conditioning she said someone would show up no one showed up. I asked to change rooms but there was no room available I was overheating in that room. Lobby and front desk, extremely small. There is no restaurant, no breakfast, no water, I had to walk to the nearest market to buy essentials. Uber can’t pick U up or drop you off at the hotel because the main entrance is located on the Plaza Tapatia you would have to walk with your heavy luggage to the nearest main street and wait for the uber there. Weird people outside when it gets dark just standing There all male, I didn’t feel save walking outside in the night. Good thing I only stayed there for one night. Kind of creepy experience to be honest.
