Check in was very fast, but not in a good way. The staff didn’t go through anything with us. Just had me sign papers and gave us our 1 key. We then struggled with our luggage’s and no one offered to help. Then once we arrived to our room, we noticed there was no power, my husband went down stairs to let them know and that’s when they let us know that we had to insert our room key into it power switch in order for us to get light. Would have been fine if they had mentioned this to us upon arrival. Then, we couldn’t connect to wifi, I thought it was just our devices, so I stepped out of the room and still nothing so I headed to the front desk where there was another guest with the same problem. But the staff instead of hearing her out was literally blaming her devices as to why it wasn’t connecting to the wifi, the staff member was rude and not being professional. I told her I had the same problem as well and that’s when she realize she was in the wrong but yet did not apologize. They eventually rebooted the whole internet and after 30 minutes we had wifi. But for along time, no guest could connect and we weren’t able to communicate with love ones. Then I realized I wanted to go down to get something from the vending machine while my husband was in the shower, but I couldn’t, because if I went down stairs that would mean I’d either be locked out of the room or my husband would be without electricity. Since the room key needs to be inserted to the switch at all times.
