I stayed at this hotel in Guadalajara for 12 days and unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. During my stay, I encountered bed bugs in two different rooms, which is unacceptable for any hotel, especially for a long-term stay.
After discovering the issue, I contacted the general manager and requested either a refund or to be moved to a different hotel for safety and hygiene reasons. I was told that because I had paid in advance and other hotels were fully booked, this was not possible. Instead, I was moved to yet another room within the same hotel.
While the staff did change my room, the lack of a proper solution or compensation after encountering bed bugs multiple times was extremely frustrating and concerning. Bed bugs are a serious health and cleanliness issue, and I expected the hotel to take stronger responsibility.
I would strongly caution future guests, particularly those planning extended stays, to be aware of this experience before booking.
