The historic town of Groveland is a short drive away and features many of the original buildings, including the legendary Iron Door Saloon, the oldest saloon in California! Yosemite National Park is also just 25 miles away for an exciting day trip to experience its beautiful scenery.
Inside, discover an updated, contemporary interior with open spaces and comfortable furnishings throughout. The well-equipped island kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. Dine at the adjacent kitchen table or gather for more formal meals in the separate dining area - fantastic for family game nights! After exciting days out, return home and settle into one of two living areas. Make it a movie night and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts, but don't forget the popcorn!
This home also includes a home office with a work station ready for your laptops as well as a washer/dryer and central air-conditioning for those warm summer months.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
