The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Porticcio, a 10-minute walk from the beach. It has a surface area of 200 m² and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a garden of approximately 2,600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included. The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 60 m² living room with sofa, TV, reading corner and fireplace (wood not provided)
- A fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and a bathroom (with bath and toilet)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds that can be pushed together to form a queen-size bed (160×190), two pull-out beds and an en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x190)
- Bedroom 4: two single beds (90x190)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool (unheated) measuring 10×5 m, accessible from several rooms in the house. The pool is not fenced but is secured by an alarm. Open from 15 May to 30 October, depending on weather conditions.
- A beautiful 2,600 m² private garden with trees, a terrace and furniture to enjoy sunny days and the charcoal barbecue or electric griddle.

The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets and more.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park on the property (up to 2 vehicles) or in the free car park less than 500 m away.

- Ajaccio Napoleon Bonaparte Airport (AJA) 10 km away (approximately 10 minutes)

Other remarks:
- For the safety of the owners, the house is equipped with outdoor cameras that are only used when the house is not rented out. These cameras are not turned on when the house is rented out.
- The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost. The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. We kindly ask you to leave it in a clean condition and to clean the appliances after use.
- Any request to arrive or depart outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to favourable weather conditions.
