«This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The room wasn't cleaned properly when we got it, the floor was dirty, the bathroom had a nasty sewage smell and the air conditioning didn't work very well. We reported this and they said we would get a new room, but we never did despite asking several times over 3 days. «We appreciated that the hotel was pet friendly, allowing our dog to join us for our last-minute honeymoon. Unfortunately, the room was outdated, dusty, and lacked Wi-Fi. While the non-carpeted floors were a plus, they were uncomfortably cold. The balcony door felt unsafe, the bathroom was poorly cleaned, and the bathtub and shower were impractical.
