Dear Mr Philippe, I was waiting for your feedback. You came at the check-in and you were already angry I do not why, you claimed about the parking, we do not have parking free of charge and it is written everywhere and each website, there is any parking free of charge in the entire Grindelwald. I offered you a parking in the Garage for CHF 10.00 instead of CHF 20.00 and at the end you gave us at the same 2, maybe it would be better to earn CHF 20.00 instead of CHF 10.00. If you could go again in the past, I would have done different from what I did. You did not appreciate that a person could be speak English, German and Italian, but you would just speak French, at the check-out you claimed about the bed, all the beds could be either twin or king size bed, a lot of the hotel offer this service. Maybe for the next time it would be nice if you read correctly the information on the website. If the hotel has to improve, I would suggest to yo to improve your behaviour with the job of the employees whose are enjoying to do their job. I wish you all the best. Kind regards from Grindelwald.
