«The rooms are nice and cozy and clean however the bath robes could have been more cleaner as I found other people’s hair on them. That said everything else was great. The rooms were nice and cozy although I really think they should’ve put water for guests in a five star resort there really should’ve been bottled water there is nothing. «The hotel is close to the mountains, and we had a great view from our balcony! We also experienced great service and met nice guests. Breakfast was all right, and dinner (I believe we ate about four dinners there) was average, but the staff/waiters did their very best. The building needs to be taken care of, ex. are carpets in stairs etc. worn out, ages ago. We had a great week, the skiing is super, but if we will go back, maybe we will look into other hotels on the same location.»

«Chic-rom med utsikt rett mot Eiger Nordwand. Flott rom. Helt grei frokost fra 0700. Veldig praktisk å la bilen stå på hotellets parkering (5chf) dagen derpå, mens man er på gondol tur/fjelltur. Kort gåtur til gondol terminalen. Tips: møt opp tidlig, og ikke kjøp fast sitteplass.»

«Had an excellent stay at the Hotel Kreuz & Post in Grindelwald. The hotel has an excellent location with marvelous views of the Eiger and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The staff is very friendly and the service is excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel in Grindelwald.»
