Tram A passes at the foot of the building and also takes you directly to the center in 15 minutes (4 stops)

You will find everything you need within 50m of the building: a pharmacy, a bakery, a carrefour market, a newsagent.

If you come by car, there is the possibility to park for free in one of the spaces reserved in the building (you will have the key). On the other hand, these spaces are shared, if you arrive late you may not have a free space. The street is also free if you need to leave your vehicle (Also in the evening it can be difficult to find a place)
