When I got there they told me they weren’t sure if the room was ready and that was at 6:30 p.m. then the front desk lady was having a huge heated argument with their boyfriend. It was filthy and very ghetto and I ended up leaving and not staying there!! Gross!!

The hotel received my reservation and cancelled last minute saying they had no more but took my money .

I didn't like the fact when I got there to check in my reservation was still there but they had no rooms available so I had to end up going to another hotel to try to find another room to stay in

When I arrived at the property I was told they were sold out and couldn't accommodate me The arrival time was 6:32pm. You canceled my reservation 3 hours before I checked in, and then you sent me a review???!!! Would you have charged me had I canceled 3 hours before check-in? Well, here is my review Why accept a reservation if you do not intend to honor it? I am deleting the Expedia app and never setting foot in an Expedia again. I gave you the chance to make this right and all I heard was crickets.

Don’t waste time booking here. They will not check you in after 11pm even if the room is already paid for. Terrible service.

Booked this room for a displaced family…it was exceptionally nice. The day of checking we had such pleasant check in. The young lady at the front desk was fantastic and went above and beyond to accommodate the family.

Will never stay here again very bad experience people that work there are very rude room was not up to part nothing worked my sister had another room and nothing worked in there either asked for money back they couldn’t even do that then I asked for my money back and some type of money and I was told I couldn’t and I could stay a night so I took that next thing I know I have police at my door I will never stay here and I need all my money back!!!

Renovation is Needed
During check-in was downgrading my room to standard room for the only difference between premium and standard room is having phone and alarm clocks as was told to me from front desk. The room needs to be renovated due to alot of broken shelves, my bathroom door is off the hinge. Advising no booking for romantic stays
