Not in the best part of town, so initially felt a bit sketchy. I was initially a little wary. Staff was great and others were friendly. To be realistic, you get what you pay for, so it is fair to say it is average for price point.

The room was clean. It served its purpose well. Be aware that it is very noisy. The airport is loud as well as the other people staying. The guests made a lot of noise late into the night. If noise doesn't bother you, it is a great price point. I felt safe enough with my pepper spray and the deadbolt on the door.

Booked close to the airport since I was in town for 1 day of work. I had several locals comment that it was in a very bad area, being known for less than savory activities on this block particularly. Room was minimally cleaned. Floor had hair and debris... giving away that it had not been cleaned properly. Bathroom was the same. TV channels/Cable was not available at night but was able to find the news the next morning. Breakfast consisted of bagels, waffles, two cereals, and coffee. No frills. Sadly, would not recommend unless there were no better options available. Looks like they are trying to do the best they can with what they have to work with...

The rooms and the lobby are extremely nice. The staff was incredibly nice and respectful. He went above and beyond helping. What i didnt like was the area it was in and the airplane noise all night, but other than that i loved it.

The room was nasty. Did not look clean at all. Bathroom was gross. Drain in the bathtub was rusted. Lights did not work over the sink. One lamp did not work. The room just looked gross.

The reviews were probably the scariest horror story I have ever read. I read only the first couple of pages out of dozens and I was afraid to even be in the same city as this place. Jeez. IDK how they even are still capable of being in business still. Unless they turned it into a haunted trap house

It’s good for one night and you have low standards. Just the location of it outside was pretty bad. Staff seemed newer. Room itself was impressively clean. So I’ll give it that.

I would give it a zero if I could. There was a couple staying next to us and after a long night wanting to cuddle in to sleep we could hear the couple fighting and throwing things at each other. It was a very scary experience and no one did anything about it. The shower would not stay hot or cold it kept shifting and unfortunately I like cold showers not scolding hot showers so when that water hit it burnt my skin. I will never stay at one of these but just for anyone who is planning on staying here pls think twice. The price was good but I guess you get what you pay for

The room set up was nice, but it does need a deep cleaning. The carpets and floor were dirty. The entire bathroom need to be replaced. We stayed 2 night so it was ok I wouldn’t rebook. There seem to be families that live there on the side they put us on, so we had to deal with what seemed to be a party both nights and kids running back a fourth m. We tried to find another room but because of the Katt Williams show most things were booked. 3/10 will not rebook

They charged an additional $100 deposit and said it would be refunded after I checked out. It was never refunded. Also the property is in dire need of repairs and the door was so damaged that it would not lock properly. Everything about the room was just a level above sleeping in your car in the worst part of town. Enjoy the strip club that's right beside it and the the clients that frequent such an establishment. Just stay somewhere else!!!!

It is what you pay for.
It is what you paid for, it definitely isn’t The Hilton but for a low cost, for a couple days to lay your head and up to go it’s not bad. I felt it was like in a rough area but it was fine. Mgt was EXCELLENT very nice and professional I look for that the most.

My room was next to the laundry room. The washers and dryers were used all night. Terribly loud. People in room nearby fought verbally all night. Yelling and crying. I got very little actual sleep.
