Living Spaces

We wouldn’t blame you if you head straight to the massage chair with touchscreen controls. After exploring the area’s towns and beaches all day, who doesn’t deserve a massage?

Whether you have a culinary genius in the group or choose to hire a chef, the fully-outfitted kitchen is ready for whatever you have in mind. The four well-appointed bedrooms as well as the bonus studio offer the ultimate in comfort and privacy. End a busy day of beachcombing, shopping, or exploring in one of the quiet, relaxing spaces with plenty of clothes storage and luxurious beds with soft premium linens.

The primary king suite with ensuite bath is spacious and comfortable. Relax at the end of the day with a movie on the flat-screen TV. Bedside tables with reading lamps are provided for your convenience and the expansive closet with mirrored doors means lots of space for all your clothes and accessories. The attached full bath has a separate water closet for absolute privacy, a tiled glass door shower, and a unique double vanity with a wall-mounted makeup mirror, and counter space for all your necessities.

Bedroom number two has a queen bed and modern minimal decor that makes the room feel fresh and clean. A Smart TV is provided so you never fall behind on your favorite show. The headboard has conveniently placed lights, for fans of late-night reading, and chic bedside tables flank the plush bed. The mirror door closet easily holds all of your clothes.

The third bedroom is great for kids or adults. With two twin over full bunk beds, there’s room for six in this bedroom! It’s right off of the living room so it makes a great space for younger children as well. Fresh floral bedding gives the room a homey feel.
The two bedrooms are serviced by a full bathroom with a lovely pedestal sink and glass door shower/tub combo. Fluffy towels and essential toiletries are provided for our guests’ use.

Introducing the latest addition – another room with two twin-size beds! This cozy space is perfect for additional guests. It seamlessly blends into the existing setup, providing flexibility for accommodating different preferences. While the room doesn't feature a TV or a closet, it offers a comfortable retreat with comfy mattresses and soft linens, ideal for a peaceful night's rest.

The studio provides an extra queen bedroom in a private setting for those who may want more peace and quiet. With its own private entrance, it makes a great additional space for grandparents, young couples, or anyone seeking a sanctuary. The attached pass-through bathroom can be accessed from the studio and the family room/dining area and is equipped with a glass door shower, single vanity, towels, and basic toiletries. The studio has a microwave and 2 burner cooktop, a high-top dining area, Smart TV, and quick private access to the pool area. It’s a super cozy bonus space and just another perk that makes this home feel special.

Outdoor Amenities

The only thing that surpasses the comfort and luxury of the interior of this home is the exterior amenities. Feel worlds away in the completely private enclosed pool area, surrounded by lush palms and native landscaping with accent lighting that really gleams once the sun sets. The pool talks itself with the adjoining spa with jets. The peaceful sound of the waterfall will melt away any cares and worries and put you into full vacation mode immediately.

The pool deck is equipped with sumptuous lounge chairs with umbrellas and is the perfect nap spot if we do say so. Or curl up with your someone special on the round cushioned daybed with built-in shade. You see these daybeds at all the top hotels and we’re happy to provide one for our guests. Feel free to bring the toys with you, as our custom paver circular driveway has room for multiple cars, boats, and RVs. The house is set back from the road so privacy and quiet are waiting for you at this marvelous vacation home.

Neighborhood Overview:

There are lots of exciting attractions in West Palm Beach that are sure to appeal to all ages and tastes. Spend a day exploring the Palm Beach Zoo and Conservation Society, where rare animals from around the world roam in natural habitats in a peaceful setting with a botanical garden and interactive fountain. If ocean mammals are more your thing, check out the nearby Cox Science Center and Aquarium which houses a planetarium, interactive exhibits, and fresh and saltwater aquariums.

When it’s time to hit the beach, you have several great options. Peanut Island is a popular spot with locals. This unique eighty-acre tropical park is situated in the Intracoastal Waterway near the Port of Palm Beach. The park is a favorite destination for boaters and provides numerous recreational opportunities. Fishing and snorkeling are popular activities in the beautiful clear waters that surround the island.

Guarded and unguarded beaches provide the perfect access for bathers of all ages to enjoy the sun and fun. Ocean Reef Park has lifeguards, a playground, and some ideal fishing spots. It offers free parking, and showers to rinse off after a day in the surf
West Palm Beach offers a multitude of excellent dining experiences for when home cooking just won’t do.

Head to downtown’s Clematis Street and City Place districts and explore the restaurants, shops, bars, and clubs. You’ll discover anything from local coffee shops to major chains like the Cheesecake Factory. Table 26 on the S. Dixie Highway is a highly-rated elegant, airy, nautically themed eatery with a swanky bar and a menu of global comfort food.

Experience the finest retail therapy at the Esplanade Palm Beach, a high-end shopping center with upscale flagship stores like Saks Fifth Avenue and boutiques of well-known designers like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. It’s worth a trip for the people-watching and window shopping.

★ No parties, smoking, or recreational drugs of any kind are allowed on the premises.
★ We have a portable crib and a highchair in the home.
