When booking I seen this was rated 8.4 and I have no idea how this was possible I took pics of the room for management to see.. Absolutely disgusting. The couch in the room was full of stains, inside and outside of microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.. Floor in kitchen area dirty, closet door broke and not even enough hot water for 2 showers.

The staff here is so wonderful and accommodating. I didn’t have a good experience with my neighbors, however. I did not feel safe and ended up leaving early — the neighbors leered around my door/window through the night into the early morning after I asked they turn down their music and that was not great. But breakfast was lovely and the check in check out was very smooth.

Very "tired" facility. Worn out carpet, lack of locks on the patio door, the bed rocked when you sat on one side, heaps of garbage right outside our door. Time for an overhaul or demo.

Exterior of buildings in need of painting and area around trash receptacle (right outside our door) was very bad and smelly. Interior suite: extremely worn, stained flooring in kitchen, stove was quite dirty. Missing light bulb in floor lamp, two hangers in each closet. No chest or dresser with drawers (except for tiny one in the night stand) to put clothes. Vents in kitchen and one closet were exposed with vent covers on the floor in closet and top of the stove. Doorknob on on closet was on the floor (I put it back on). Registration personnel were very nice. Breakfast was typical and adequate. Room was clean (except for stove) but looked dirty because it is so worn and tired. Chipped paint, marks on walls, places were touched up but with a different color of paint. Facility is just ok but I will not stay there again. Price not worth it.

Your staff was outstanding from the front desk to jen who does the breakfast on Sunday morning. Beds were pretty comfy food was good. New floors and some new furniture, but the bathroom and bathroom sink area was a old and pretty old. Looks like all the bathroom area and sink area hasn't been touched in many, many years. We enjoy coming back to this hotel every year around the Holidays for some present shopping in GB. price went way up per room. Thanx Expedia for a lower rate. But property in general still needs a lot of work.

There was stuff all over the walls in the room. Sticky stuff and also just stains on the walls and furniture. The room also had an odd smell. The sheets were clean and the linens were clean but the smell of the room and the goo on the walls was disappointing. We will not be coming back.

There was paint chips coming off. The wall paint chips coming out the doorways. The little ring that's around the top of the shower was coming off the wall. Dead light bulbs property is not kept up to standards and beware You will not get a full refund.

Property needs some TLC
This is an older property with some needed deferred maintenance. I stayed in a loft suite which is ideal with two older children as this has two sleeping quarters and 2 full baths. In our downstairs main bedroom there was furniture missing in the room. One nightstand was missing a lamp and seems there should have been a chair and work table in the room. In fact one of the 2 chairs in the dinette table was a desk chair that got repurposed. We stayed on a weekend of a Packer game and on Sunday night the room was almost $500/night and then the next night on Monday it dropped to less that $250. So some "surge" pricing was going on for sure.

Good Value for the Money
For the price that we paid, we thought everything was really good with the exception of the weak WiFi internet. If internet connectivity is critical, get your cellphone hotspot ready because you will need it. In the end, I would choose this hotel again.
