Hello, We are sorry to hear but, we did not falsely accuse you of damaging property you or your boyfriend punched a hole in the door. There was a hole on the other side yes but there was a new one and when telling you about it you admitted to it and said it did not matter cause of the prior hole on the opposite side of the door. That is why we asked for you to not come back as we felt that you did not respect the property or the room. We check rooms at check-out time and the room you were staying in did not have any new damages made to it prior before you checking in. We hope you have a blessed day!

We do apologize for the stay not being the best. If we are correct you are the gentlemen who had guests walking around with a gas tank and other customers had made a complaint that they were by their cars and they were not comfortable they raised their concern as well as us being concerned . So as The manager I was doing my job in asking who they were and what room they were staying in.

We are deeply sorry your stay here was not expectational. We try our hardest to make all our guests are comfortable when staying here. The "bribe" sign was left from the previous owner as we our transitioning into new ownership and management and have missed taking it down.
