7 days at Steris
Amazing staff, so friendly and kind and good service :) stayed there for 7 days. Very close to the beach and the old town! The resturant was one of the best i ever have taken a meal. And the waitress and the rest of the crew 10/10 !

Ferie Steris Hotel Rethymno
Steris er ett veldig bra hotel. Har bodd der flere ganger. Rent, ryddig og hyggelig betjening. Rommene er flotte, og spesielt om en får med sjøutsikt......

Super service utenon sesonger!
3 netter i desember! Helt fantastiske damer som jobbet her! De serverte oss frokost på rommet bare fordi hotellet ikke var fullt, og de hadde god tid. Og de var hyggelige og pratsomme! Hotellet var fint og rent, og servicen var toppers! Booker gjerne dette en gang til.

Greit hotell med fine rom, bra renhold, god service og god mat i restauranten. Frokosten var begrenset og bassenget var kun til pynt.

Flott, lite og sentralt hotell
Vi er en familie med 2 store barn (12 og 16) og hadde derfor juniorsuite. Passet utmerket til vårt formål. Leiligheten hadde stor terrasse rett ut mot sjøen og to bad. Barna sov på "stuen" på hver sin sofa som ikke var helt egnet til formålet - dette var vel det eneste vi kunne klaget på. Rent og pent - anbefales.

Flott opphold
Bodde her 1 uke utenom høysesongen. Hadde bestilt "standard" rom, men ble tilbudt gratis oppgradering i og med at det var lite belegg på hotellet. Ingen ting å utsette på oppholdet, hverken hotellet eller servicen!

The hotel is beautifully designed and maintained. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. The location was quite a shock as the hotel is situated in a 2 km stretch of restaurants, souvenir shops, and noisy clubs across from the beach. We would have preferred a quaint setting in the Old Town.

Overall this was a nice property with very convenient shopping options. The restaurant and breakfast was amazing and the staff there was easy to work with and professional. Working with the front desk, staff was awkward. During each breakfast, there was a gentleman sitting on the edge of the patio, smoking cigarettes the entire time we were eating. The wind blew all that smoke across into all the seats. He seemed like an owner or manager, But he never really did anything. His friends would come join him and make even more smoke. Other than this, it was a nice restaurant and a good hotel to stay, great balcony views of the ocean.

Nice people, friendly, clean. Many good restaurants around. Short walk to the fortress and old town. Parking in the street is possible in off season (oct). Recommend Sotos, Hercules and the italian restaurant opposite the street.

Book here - it’s the best!
I would highly recommend! The position of the hotel is just across the road from a blue flag beach - lots of sun loungers and water sports available. Two minute walk to a supermarket to make the most of the studio apartment rooms we had booked. Room was spotless on arrival and kept that way for my whole stay. Water pressure on the shower was great (a big bug bear of mine when I can’t get a proper shower!) Aircon was easy to use and kept the the room at a good temperature when required. We arrived early hours of the morning and had a great reception by Dino, very attentive service via Maria’s x 2 and the lovely Athanasia (the hotel is clearly her passion). Thank goodness for local businesses that do a great job and make my stays away when not doing business just wonderful! Couldn’t recommend more!

The location is great, the old town only 15 minutes walk and the hotel is just next to the sea which is extremely convenient. The room was spacious, well-equipped and clean. The staff was very helpful and kind. Perhaps the selection of the breakfast could improve, but from my side it was absolutely fine. Overall, we couldn't wish better staying for us.

I loved the proximity to the beach, and it was walkable to the old town area. Lots of great shops and restaurants around. The hotel was very modern and hotel staff was very nice. My room had a beautiful view of the beach, and the price was very affordable. I the things I really disliked about this hotel were that on Expedia it said that there was free parking available (there wasn’t) and it seemed that the hotel had their own beach facilities (they don’t). I felt misled by the listing, but I made it work. Other complaints about the property are that the shower was wide open, so water would splash all over the bathroom floor, which was super annoying and a very poor design. I also found that the bathroom towels got really smelly like body odor after one or two uses. I think the hotel needs to wash their towels better, or consider getting new towels. Given the price point, I was overall pleased with the hotel, but there is some need for improvement.

I like to inform you, that, many situations are easy to change if we get the information during your staying. The situation with bathroom and towels, are easy to checked and fixed. Many guests, prefer to write the comments after their departure. With this behaviour, you do not allow us to help and service you. The reception is open 24 hours, and the staff of the hotel, is here to serve and help the guests.

Dejligt hotel lige ved stranden
Dejligt hotel lige ved stranden. Hotellet er rigtigt dejligt, men hvis du vil have morgenmad er det i den tilstødende restaurant, Her er standard ikke optimal, renlighed heller ikke i orden, meget ensidig morgenmad til en alt for dyr pris. rengøring på hotellet er i top, utrolig venligt personale.
