This hotel is in an excellent location. Everything you might want is close and in walking distance. You can easily walk to the bus station or the hotel will Call you a taxi. The view from the roof is great, there are many tables to sit at and enjoy take away or a bottle of wine. The only minor complaint would be the bathroom layout of the room we stayed. There was no counter space so we had to put our carryon on top of the sink to make a flat surface. Also, putting the bathtub in the middle of the room is a waste of space but we understand this is a boutique hotel and that is the style of the rooms.

Lovely family-run hotel
The hotel is perfectly located, just in the centre of Fira, close to shops, restaurants, bars, etc, and only 3 minutes walk from caldera. The staff was friendly and helpful, the housekeeping was fantastic. We had triple superior room and it was sufficient size for 2-3 nights stay, the room was also equipped with kettle, fridge, hairdryer and iron. The small pool area was an additional bonus.

this hotel was a bit grim - the blanket was dirty and stained along with hairs on it. It clearly had not been washed. The sheet also didn't fit the bed and the room did not resemble the pictures. Will not be returning

Dear Poppy, thank you for your review and we are truly very sorry that your stay wasn't enjoyable but we are pretty sure that this review was meant for another hotel?As you can see from our many reviews we never had any issue with our cleaning staff and also we are some of the very few hotels on the island that our pictures are exactly what you are getting.It has to be a review for another hotel because this is nothing like us as you can see from thousands reviews on google, trip advisor etc.

Great stay at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and very helpful with recommendations as well as tips to getting around the island. However, during our stay we did not use the pool as there seemed to be white 'floaties' in the pool. We were told it was paper towel that was dropped in there and hasn't been cleaned yet, but we were pretty sure it was white pool mold. It was cleaned the day we were leaving. Just unfortunate we couldn't use the pool on some of those really hot days. Otherwise, great place to stay. Very close to the main town square, very walkable to everything!

Dear Alicia, thank you for your review.As i explained to you on that day it is impossible for our pool to get pool mold because we clean the pool every second night. It was a paper towel and this is why we only used the net to clean the pool and not any chemicals.If it was white pool mold we would have to shut down the pool and clean with chemicals which we didnt because it was just a paper towel dissolving in the water.Thank you for being great guests and we really hope to have the chance to host you someday in the future again!

Nick picked us up from the airport making for a wonderful first impression. He also took us back for our returning flight. I truly enjoyed the stay. This is a family operated hotel and you can tell they care deeply for it. The rooms were spacious and clean with the best air conditioning we’ve had yet. Thank you for the great stay!

Precio calidad se queda bajo . Hice la reserva con mucha antelación y comuniqué que estábamos de celebración. Nos dieron una habitación en el subsuelo , sin vistas , sin ventanas al exterior , hay que bajar un piso solo escaleras , la piscina se encuentra en otro edificio y hay que andar por la calle para llegar a ella , además de subir un piso , comodidad nula , si vas con niños mucho más complicado . La piscina solo hay capacidad para 3 tumbonas , es muy pequeña . Parte positiva , está muy nuevo y con buena limpieza . Pienso que por la tarifa que se paga se puede mejorar bastante ….

Dear Ivan, thank you for your review and we are truly sorry that your stay with us wasn't as enjoyable as you would like.As i can see on your reservation you haven't mention anything about a celebration. About your room, you had booked our Standard Triple room which located on -1 floor but outside on the patio and also we dont mention anywhere that we have any views from our hotel as we are located in the heart of Fira and we are surrounded by buildings.We are also mention in our description that our swimming pool located on the next building 20 meters away.

George and Nick are very informative and helpful. They really treated us nicely and gave us good tips on how to go around the area. The room was spacious and always gets cleaned perfectly. The area is so easy to roam around for shopping, good food not to mention good clubs for cocktails.

Amazing and informative staff. Daily cleaning. Easy walk up to McDonald’s and surrounding main shops in Fira (Thira). Room was small, but enough for my partner and I. Walk down to second part of hotel wasn’t well lit until the hotel property. Be aware of cats as well as animal poo while walking to second part of hotel. Pool area and upstairs balcony was always clean. A/C unit inside room. Window was nice. Definitely recommend short or long stay. I stayed for a week.

The room was super nice, clean, quiet, and felt safe. The people who work here are SO nice. They gave us so many recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area and even booked us a catamaran tour that was great! Also took us to and from the airport which we appreciated SO much. Will absolutely try to stay here next time we come to santorini!

Good spot
We arrived with friendly welcomed by front desk. He also provide information to us for surroundings. The place is spacious, clean, quite, and well prepared. Most important, the place is near by bus station (from/to airport and other places) and easy access to sightseeing spots.

I liked the hotel but did not like that the bathroom kinda got really wet after every shower. But it was a beautiful apartment! The service is 10/10 and enjoyed my stay

Prime location and walk to bus station various eating options Caldera view. Angelo at the counter was great and gave us many tips on where to eat and where to spent the day. The room was small but manageable. We had booked double superior but maybe the other rooms are bigger. The cleaning staff was awesome and the rooms were cleant very thoroughly everyday.

Enjoyable stay
The hotel was clean and modern and had everything we needed. Location was great. Receptionist was helpful and friendly and gave us recommendations about the island. Only criticism really is that there was a smell of cigarette smoke permeating in our hotel room and on the towels etc that carried on to our clothes.

Sehr schön eingerichtete Unterkunft. Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Balkon. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral. Man ist in 2 Minuten im Zentrum von Fira. Unsere späte Anreise war kein Problem, der Schlüssel wurde für uns am vereinbarten Ort hinterlegt. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Pool den man nutzen kann und eine kleine Sonnenterasse.

Nice Hotel
We had a triple room, it was confortable with an amazing shower, Staff are very profesional, friendly and helpful. Location is great, close to Fira center but far enough of the noise.The room we got was in the basement, which was a big disappointment, the pool is in another building around the corner of the hotel, doesn't have much space to move or sunbath. The safe is not drilled to anything, so is locked but anybody can walk away with it.

Hotel molto carino in centro a Fira ma senza caos. Camere molto curate, pulite e ben arredate! Il personale è stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato un’accoglienza incredibile! 테라스가 사람들이 지나다니는 길거리에 위치해 있는데... 테라스 창문을 가리고 있는 커튼이 시스루라 방 안이 밖에서 훤히 다 보였음. 방음 잘 안 됨. 숙소 자체는 너무 깨끗하고 서비스도 좋았는데 사람들이 오며가며 보는 게 너무... 불편했음.

Nice new hotel in the middle of Fira. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in other Santorini hotels before. Comparatively speaking, the room was small and was a bit noisy (could hear adjoining rooms and people on the street quite clearly).
