Charming studio apartment and helpful reception staff. Recommend breakfast order to your place where fantastic food enjoyed relaxing in their robe on the front patio overlooking the ocean* Wish I could have stayed there a month!

細かいことをいえば部屋の電話が壊れていて、何かを頼んだり聞いたりするたび近くの受付に行かなきゃならなかったとかあるけど、ここについてはそんなことはどーでもいいはず　ホテルに宿泊者専用のプールとリクライニングチェアがあり、そこからイアならではの究極の眺めが楽しめる　泊まった部屋は前にパティオがあり、朝食はそこに持ってきてくれて景色を見ながらゆったり食べられる　イアの夕焼けもベストな眺めはOld Casle の方まで行かなきゃ見れないけど、ホテルのプールからでもそこそこ楽しめる　ちなみに夕焼けのベスポジを確保するには途中の通路が人で渋滞するので車道でできるだけ近くまで行ってから細い道に入っていくといいかも　ホテルスタッフは皆んな親切なのも特筆もの　小さなスーパーも近くにいくつか　総じて気持ちよく滞在させてもらいました

We stayed at two luxury properties for a 5 day stay in Santorini and while neither disappointed, Nikos Villas Hotel was by far the favourite. It was far more reasonably priced, but the location and views onto the Caldera were awe-inspiring and beat hands down the more modern, whitewashed, jacuzzi and 'luxury' alternative we stayed at. This traditional hotel combines a rich history and warm welcome, with well maintained and extremely comfortable accommodation. I would visit again and again despite the immense number of competing properties. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast offering superb and the facilities delightful. The Caldera View rooms along with the poolside offer a perfect spot to take in the sunset without having to join the throngs of tourists so this really was the best of the best.

The beautiful quaint villa in great location, amazing Team and their immaculate service exceeded all expectations! Very efficient communications via WhatsApp. Daily breakfast delivered to the exquisite personal patio with the blooming bougainvillea, overlooking the georgeous white-domed hills of Santorini. Can't to stay there again)

Staff were all so friendly and helpful. Very responsive. The room was lovely. Beautiful views from the room and from the pool area. The pool was wonderful. Plenty of seating and umbrellas around the pool. Very short walk into town. I would definitely stay here again. Very relaxing.

I had short 3-day stay but it was all wonderful! The perfect hotel to stay in Oia as it is not in the busy and crowded center of Oia. The place, the VIEWS, the price, the service and everyone there were amazing and very dedicated to provide you the best experience! Matina from the desk reception was extraordinary! Highly-recommeded.

Amazing property, amazing views!
Nikos Villas was a really wonderful experience for us. The property is immaculate and the people running it so lovely. Communication with them was excellent, anything we needed was answered within minutes. The property is located only a few minutes walk from the centre of Oia which is great because it’s quiet and away from the herds of people that come from the constant cruise ship traffic. We were given a menu for breakfast choices that were delivered for us to eat on our private patio. I would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend this property to everyone. Just look at the pictures! Thank you so much for making our stay in Santorini memorable!
