This room category includes access to a shared pool for several rooms, not a private pool.Regarding our Main Buffet Restaurant, we would like to kindly mention that our resort offers 24h All-inclusive service with only freshly cooked meals, certified by TUV Hellas, food safety HACCP committee, and officially awarded by the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels. Additionally, The Executive Chef of our hotel and our Food Consultant/Nutrition Specialist are always willing to help the customers and are ready to discuss personal wishes of the guests in case if the variety of the main buffet does not meet their expectations, so our restaurant team could cook some meals specially for you and your family upon request and upon the availability of the ingredients (including any special diet/kids food).We sincerely regret any difficulty you experienced related to à la carte restaurants reservations. Please let us kindly note that we have designed an online reservations system, so everyone can book a table online before arrival through our official website at the moment of booking. And we have implemented specific rules and limitations on our table reservation system. Dining in à la carte restaurants may experience high demand during certain periods, as much as we try to contain it. For that reason this service is provided upon availability, which is stated on our official website as well.
